Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a product-specific agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

AblePro products, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by AblePro Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. You retain ownership of content you upload to our services.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Distribution of malware or harmful code
• Scraping or data mining without permission
• Any use that violates third-party rights

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AblePro products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
